Design, production and development Polish batteries
AUTOPART is a modern production system built around people, quality, development, and accountability. The company operates a plant with a capacity of approximately 2.5 million batteries per year, where human expertise, automation, data, and continuous improvement form a single integrated production system. Our proprietary APM Manager solution combines the Lean Management philosophy with the advantages of APS, MES, MRP, automation, and real-time quality control. This allows for effective management of a wide range of production while maintaining high flexibility, quality, and productivity. APM is based on continuous improvement. We analyze data, eliminate waste, standardize best practices, and develop processes based on operational experience. We simultaneously invest in people, technology, automation, robotics, digitization, and AI, while developing our own engineering competencies.
We design batteries in our own research and development center. We pursue implementation doctorates and apply the latest technological solutions, working in collaboration with research centers and suppliers of key components and raw materials from Europe, the USA, and Korea. We maintain high-end production lines supported by numerous robots and IT systems. Thanks to this coordinated collaboration, we produce standard batteries, deep-cycle batteries, and start-stop batteries using EFB and AGM technologies.

Climate neutrality
We combine reducing the environmental impact of production with improving safety and working conditions. Our management standards are compliant with ISO 14001 and 45001. We invest in process containment, ventilation, and filtration, including HEPA systems monitored by SCADA. We generate a significant portion of our energy from our own 1 MWp photovoltaic installation. Furthermore, our wastewater treatment plant allows for the use of process water in a closed loop, and we recycle and recycle production materials. More about ESG: ESG AUTOPART STRATEGY

Quality
Quality is monitored at every stage of the process. The lines are equipped with measurement systems and testers that verify key parameters of each battery, ensuring product repeatability and traceability. The management system meets ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AQAP defense sector quality standards. The APS system, integrated with MES and MRP, supports resource planning and utilization, while the ANDON system with AI tools enables real-time monitoring of productivity and line status. A high level of robotization supports quality, efficiency, and safety. The plant's robotization index is nearly 500 according to the IFR methodology.
